One year ago today was their FET (frozen embryo transfer) with their little miracle they have now - Miss Makenna Best! Its surreal to think about and I tried not to get too teary-eyed in church this morning thinking one year ago next week (sept 15th) was our first and unsuccessful FET. Its just crazy to think that this Sunday one year ago we were thinking about our little embryos and getting excited and anxious to find out if it would work for us. We were shocked when we got the sad phone call but we wouldn't change a thing now looking back. Those were some hard times but God was molding us through it all...and now look where we are today! We would have never guessed triplets in a million years! haha!
This is a blog we created so our family and close friends could follow us on our journey though embryo adoption, pregnancy, and our babies. You can read more about embryo adoption on the side of the blog. Thanks everyone!!
I love to reflect on the journey too. We serve and Awesome God!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't God know best??? Thanks for encouraging all of us to reflect upon his miracles!!!

Thank you for sharing that you, too had an unsuccessful transfer. I LOVE all of the success stories of EA, but sometimes its hard not to feel down when it seems like there is only success for others. Your story reminds me that EA does indeed work, even if its not successful every time.
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing!

You are so right Rachel to give God the Glory. How amazing!! But God knew HE could give you triplets and what a great job you would do caring for them. They are truly precious.
